Cheddar 2nds ended their season with a fixture against Lodway. This was a keenly contested game with the result always in the balance although the teams were lying at opposite ends of the division. Both teams had chances to take the lead but the defences came out on top and the first half remained goal less. Cheddar were playing well as a team showing the improvment they have made over the season. However Lodway eventually made the break through scoring the only goal of the game. Jacky Farley, Jo White and Tina Stoyles worked hard in midfield and keeper Lindsay Rogers had an outstanding game but the vote for player of the match went to Jo Franks. This result saw Lodway confirmed as runners up and Cheddar safe after promotion last year
